Claiming the right to the blank page, native of Hamburg (Germany), Cara Arndt creates in her atelier in Paris. Her academic education as a composer brought her to conceive complex and abstract structures based on organic logical networks and personal number symbolic, for a non-linear temporality where the medium fades back in favor of the meaning and symbolics for an objective expression. That lead her to handle sonic and video works as abstract dynamic stills, while her photographic and plastic works combine a signifiant temporal path with symbols hidden within the proportions of the pieces.
